Ever have this kind of day?

"Stop climbing in your brothers' crib * Put that down * Take it out of your mouth * Don't stand on that *Inside voice * No yelling! * Leave your brother alone * Don't throw that * Get down * Give your brother space * Where did you get that? * No * Out of the bassinet * Eat your lunch * Say Please * Don't dump your milk * Be nice to your brother * NO! * Stop climbing * Because I said so * <sigh> I love you too Dominic."

I thankful for days like above, because despite all the orneriness, these little miracles are the most rewarding blessings I've been given.

  1. Oh the joys of motherhood...It only gets worse as they get older. My youngest 2 are 12 and 13 and the bickering is pretty much constant. I spend my life saying "boys, give it a rest, George apologise to your brother, Henry apologise to your brother, clean up this mess, can't you two just get on for half an hour please" etc etc, you know how it goes!

  3. You have a really cute blog. I'll have to spend some time reading it.

Thanks for visiting my blog during Wordless Wednesday. I have now posted more train photos in the last two days. I love trains, too.

Here are all the "trains" posts I have done:

  4. I have stopped saying No don't do this.. don't do that to them but instead tell them what they shouldn't do. I find it works better as at least they know the proper way to behave.

  5. They are so cute! Enjoy them because it goes so very fast once they start walking and talking! It is hard to believe mine is 22 already. I don't know where the time went!! I am a new follower of your blog thru GFC. I did not see Facebook or Twitter so if I missed it somehow, let me know and I will come back. I would really appreciate a follow back on GFC. Thanks so much for your help and have a wonderful weekend!

  10. I had one of these days yesterday! Except it was more like, put the baby down, stop flying those planes in here, pick up your rope, how did the baby get stuck under the upside down laundry basket?!? It can get pretty crazy sometimes but so worth it!
